Alan Suites

We had a take away breakfast since we left early. staff was nice and location is perfect if you are leaving through the burlgarian borders.

All the staff are exceptionally friendly, which makes the stay very pleasant. I would also like to give a special compliment to the breakfast, which is exceptionally and unexpectedly varied; all the items are fresh and beautifully served. Furthermore, the hygiene is at a very high level, once again thanks to the outstanding dedication of the employees. I want to place special emphasis on the fact that breakfast leftovers are given to stray animals. This is indicated on the notices displayed on the dining tables. If this is correct, as I believe it is, it is an initiative that should be highly commended. In fact, alongside everything else mentioned, this is one of the main reasons why we chose to stay at this hotel again.

The shower floor tiles are very slippery and the slope is much steeper than needed for water drainage. This makes showering quite risky, especially for older guests who are less stable.

The room is perfect for families. Kids can sleep in separate rooms with doors. It was clean and we where well received.

Clean, very family friendly, great staff (especially night shift)
