Beautiful property outside

Room needed basic mantenance. Shower handle was broken. Toilet paper holder was broken, faink aucet leaked onto the counter, etc.

Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast: their scones and pastries were really tasty, but they had no fresh fruit or yoghurt. Don't book with the property; we paid €35 for the horse ride, and we could have got it for €15 with a local travel agent, and there are tons of them offering the same thing, so check around for the best deal. That was enjoyable. There's not much to do in the area, so 2 days max is enough. The room was in a cave and beautifully decorated. Walk downhill to the town; it's right in the centre.

We went there specifically for the balloon ride, but unfortunately, because of the weather, it didn't happen, and we stayed for 3 days. We did the mixed tour, and it was a 100€ waste of time; everything looked the same, all the valleys looked the same, and the underground city is a cave that you can enter, and it takes about 5 minutes. Food and drinks are expensive. We were told it is much cheaper off-season and in the winter. We were going to pay €320. We were quoted €450- € 500; prices can change daily. It's like a cartel: balloon companies set prices based on demand.

The location, the decor and the pool were fantastic. Very well cleaned and very serene.

The staff could be more nice, they were not rude, they were just ok. The breakfast is reaaly a big let down, they should diversify it to match the other good qualities. There was only 1 fruit, none on the last day. 1 type of bread. There was some salads and cold cuts and cheese, but nothing was refrigerated. On the other hand there were a lot of little dry cakes and biscuits, but not ideal for breakfast. They made omelets by request, but nothing is listed and the comunication in english is very very weak.

Great location, pretty view, easy parking, great staff.

The bathroom had some hair.
