Art Mai Gallery Nimman Hotel Chiang Mai

The location to one niman is very near and the staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again

Would be good to have some chairs to sit on lobby while waiting for transport

People and breakfast

Gym was very small and busy

The place is in the middle on nimman in walking distance to the mall and great places for coffee and food. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the breakfast is delicious

The hotel’s location is excellent – close to many restaurants and massage places, and there is even a market right underneath. The reception staff responded immediately when we reported an issue and sent housekeeping right away. The bed was made daily, towels were replaced regularly, and the room was generally tidied. We also received a complimentary non-alcoholic cocktail at the hotel bar, which was a nice gesture. The water pressure in the shower was very strong and good.

When we entered the room, we found a pair of boxer shorts left on top of the wardrobe, which indicates a serious issue with cleaning control. There were also visible dust accumulations behind the bed and food crumbs on the nightstand. Unfortunately, the dirt on the nightstand was not cleaned during our entire stay.
