Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai

I had a minor issue with my nails(my nail peeled back deep) and was trying to figure it out in the first-floor restroom. Suddenly, the hotel manager offered to help me and provided first aid, even though it wasn't her job. I really appreciate her help and kindness, as well as the rest of the staff at this hotel. Everyone is so kind, and I also loved the breakfast here. It was my third time staying at this hotel (annual business trip) and I will choose this next year for sure.

Noisy in night time

Excellent accommodation and location with attentive staff and clean modern amenities. Travelling as a family of three is difficult at times while keeping to a budget, usually requiring use of a fold out bed for our daughter. Upon arrival the reception manager informed us that we had been upgraded to a two bedroom suite for our stay! The extra space to move and relax after a week in Hong Kong was such a pleasant surprise, and the suite and views were outstanding. Thank you, will definitely return.

Stay on 4F near the road, the noise was loud. Heard even the traffic light for pedestrain. At night, loud music came in the room til almost 1. The room layout in my room was bad. The bedroom hidden behind the bathroom, no view. If u want view from bedroom, you have to look through toilet. The sliding door to toilet is bad with step which might hurt you at night. And the toilet floor has steps which is not good. The room has a musty odor.
