Premium Hotel Yerevan

The location The staff The room was clean

The curtains and blinds needs to be upgraded, the light and the noise is too much

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, bardzo miły i pomocny personel, super śniadania z dużym wyborem. Hotel praktycznie po środku wszystkich atrakcji w Erywaniu.

Brak uwag

I like the staff were friendly

1) I didn't like the trash can in the toilet as it was open. 2) I didn't like that there where no water bottles in the room. 3) I didn't like that the towels where little dirty. 4) I didn't like the fact that when I was arriving late at night e.g. 3 or 4 o clock in the morning the staff where sleeping and the front door was closed and I have to call the hotel and they where sleeping I had to call them multiple times to wake them up.( on the description it said that there is staff 24hours a day). The customers could have a key for the front door of the hotel in order to be able to enter into the building.
