The location is amazing. Walking distance to republic square, close to good restaurants and café’s

Found a couple of hairs on the floor. Shower head needed cleaning as the water came out in all sorts of directions

Great location and very good value for the money. The hotel itself is decent. One towel in my room wasn’t clean, but they replaced it immediately. The main reason I’m giving 5 stars is the staff. I arrived around 7:00 AM, and the guy at reception was very welcoming and even offered me coffee. Check-in was officially at 2:00 PM and no room was available that early, but he told me to come back around 10:00 and they would try to sort something out. They did. Really appreciated the hospitality. Good job!

Nice central location close to great restaurants and bars etc. The staff super helpful and friendly, especially helping me get taxis via their own personal apps.

Breakfast was OK. Very good location, walking distance to most of the highlights of Yerevan. Very helpful and friendly staff. Inexpensive. For the money they charged, you shouldn't expect whole nine yard. I left my mobile in the cab when getting to the hotel from the airport, and they did their best to help me to get it back. Thank you! Anyway I can just recommend to come to Armenia: culture, beautifil landscape, nice people, good food and surprisingly cool nightlife in Yerevan. If you don't plan to spend your day in the hotel and pay for services you never use, you can go ahead and take this falicity.

Apparently it is not a hotel, but the ground floor of a block house with 8 rooms, but it looks like a hotel at the first sight. I'd rather call it a bed and breakfast place. There's an empty fridge and an electric kettle in the room, without any mineral water (tap water is safe to drink) and there're no teabags or coffee either. Good thing, that there's a supermarket just 100 m away so you can get there what you need.
