An option to buy a pass for the unique pool at a good price

There is definitely a wow factor, the room was large and comfortable and our request for a sea view was accommodated. The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent, the breakfast choices were good and there were no queues. It was also a lovely touch having a room provided for showering due to a late flight.

For a 5 star it was a little shabby in places, eg the tiles in the spa. The food choices in the snack/pool bar could have been a little better.

Great resort with 4 pools, great breakfast and very good buffet. Missing a jacuzzi by the pools that run all the time.

Missing jacuzzi. Coffee at breakfast needs to be much better. Need to provide free water though out the resort.

When I checked in to the hotel, the feeling was strange. This is a very large resort, a lot of rooms but there is no clear instructions to show where is your room, I spent almost more than 15 mins to get into my room with no assistance from any front desk staff. I would classify the experience to find your room is horrible. To be fair, the breakfast and dinner is very good, and there is live entertainment at night which is awesome. Enjoy really much on the food and shows. I will give a full mark here.

Very difficult to find your room, no assistance, no direction. At the time when I arrive, no electricity but the staff told me when I ask.
