Alexia Hotel Apartments

We stayed at the hotel from September 10 to September 16, 2026. The hotel definitely needs some renovation, but we were very pleased to see that the management genuinely cares about its guests and responds to their requests immediately. We would especially like to mention the male receptionist, who was very polite, helpful, and attentive. We had a very early arrival, and since our room was already available, he kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. Many thanks to him! Despite the worn-out furniture and equipment, the staff keeps everything clean and well maintained, which was very pleasant. One of the main advantages of the hotel is its excellent location. The sea is literally just a few steps away. There are four supermarkets right next to the hotel, and an amusement park and the city center are also within walking distance. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Bath towels were changed every day, and the room was also cleaned daily. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Thank you to the staff for their attentive service and hospitality!

The bathroom is rather outdated and would benefit from renovation.

everything

nothing

Basen czysty zadbany, codziennie czyszczony. Bardzo fajny bar hotelowy, przemiły barman... Wszystko mi się podobało.

Brak minusów

Just location

Bed wasn't comfortable and bathroom services aas really old and bad condition
