First staff member at reception with short hair was not very friendly however girl in long dark hair made up for her. Outsude my room aircon unit was very noisy but twenty off around 12.

The location was great, close to the centre on aya Napa and all restaurants.

Na plus na pewno darmowy zamykany parking, dosyć duży i przestronny pokój, dobra lokalizacja,

Brak wieczornego oświetlenia w pokoju - tylko zimne białe światło sufitowe, w łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półki na kosmetyki. Śniadania mało urozmaicone i raczej średniej jakości produkty.

The location and beds were comfy

The room was not clean, bedsheets had stains on it but it did smell clean, the bathroom still had a used soap bar in it and when we asked for the room to be cleaned the room was only mopped and the bathroom was not touched at all the towels were still left there and the new ones were just thrown on our bed and also the trash from the toilet was not taken out and bedsheets were not changed at all and we stayed for 5 nights
