Location, breakfast, staff
Probably some better entry, for example the floor

Great experience overall. Room was just the right size with a nice big bed. Had a cute little back porch. Bed and room were very clean and made up each day. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was included and delicious. We were able to keep our luggage at the hotel for no charge before we checked in and after since our flights didn’t perfectly align with check in/out schedule.
Nothing!

Good position in Palermo Soho. The staff was kind, they let us store our lugguage there after checking out.
Nice shower.
We had the room at ground floor.
The big bed was nice, but it didn't really make sense in such a small room, there was little to no space for anything else. Luckily we only had little lugguage otherwise I'm not sure we may open it.
The fan in the windowless bathroom was nightmarishly noisy, and nonetheless the bathroom was humid and smelly. Good for one night, but not more.

"Location and the super friendly and helpful young staff. Walking distance to plaza and fabulous vibrant restaurants.
We had a garden room which included a lovely outdoor courtyard."
