Casa Chic Palermo Hotel Boutique

I loved this boutique hotel. It was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet yet very accessible to shops & restaurants.

The bathtub. It was very large and a bit difficult to get in and out of, also no privacy but we made it work.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly Lucia at reception, who consistently went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From recommending great spots around the city to helping us navigate a cancelled flight, she truly made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Palermo Soho, is perfect for exploring restaurants, shops, and the neighborhood’s lively atmosphere. The area is quite gentrified, but it’s still a great place to start a trip in Buenos Aires. Our suite was very spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure. While the toilet and sink area is a bit small for two people to get ready at the same time, it was perfectly functional. The hotel's decor is, as its implied in the name, is chic. Tufted leather couches decorate the lobby and bring a lot of character to the space. The little patio in front is also a nice spot to have a beverage and get started with the day.

The main downside of the room was the air conditioning, which is quite loud and not the easiest to turn off which could be an issue for light sleepers. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, though the kitchen will happily prepare scrambled eggs on request. Access to the hotel is a bit impractical as it requires someone to open it from the inside at night time (after 20:00).

Hard to find much, but the streets can get a little loud at night. Not the hotels fault at all, but maybe ask to be away from the street if you’re a light sleeper
