Our room was ok, Clean and comfy, nice comfy bed, plenty of room, parking and a lovely view over the gardens while eating our breakfast. Breakfast and the service was not the best, plenty of it, but not served particularly well, staff very serious and straight to the point. as a paying guest I do like to be pampered a little Haha. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the adjacent Inn, all part of the same establishment. Food great, service great and staff great.
Breakfast staff could have done with a Happy pill before their shift.
This would not deter us from returning, if in the area.

Staff great. I had left my iPad in my room and they contacted me right away to let me know allowing me time to go back
Rooms a little tired but completely adequate for what I needed.
Also need to make clear that this review is for the old Inn as I was transferred here as Gairloch Highland Lodge decided to close early for the season.

The location is lovely and a useful stopping place for the NC500. Our room was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfasts were great. We had a evening meal at the Old Inn just done the road - very nice meal.
Steep stairs to room which was a challenge as my husband has walking problems. Otherwise no other issues

Good location just off the main road. Nice to have a lounge to sit in
Very old fashioned, needs a revamp. Some of the glasses in the honesty bar were dirty.
