The staff were excellent, and dinner and breakfast were marvelous. Warm, cosy and quiet bedroom. Slept like a log. Would definitely stay again.
Not that much except, the turning in to the hotel is not marked. And the bathroom although functional was very small.

Friendly and very hardworking staff.

Tired decor. Not the cleanest. Underside of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. Yes I should have said something and I’m sure they would have put it right but we were tired after a long day and didn’t want to be disturbed. We do feel it was overpriced compared to other hotels we’d stayed in on NC500.
