Staff were wonderful! very attentive and helpful
Would have prefered a seperate shower cubicle, as opposed to a shower over the bath, not having a shower curtain made it very difficult to wash without splashing water everywhere!!! apart from that, everything else was wonderful. Would definately return.

Wonderful historic property in a good location close to town centre.Comfortable room and facilities. But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff!I don't think I've stayed anywhere where the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was great.Congratulations to Aimee and Sophie, you are great! The parking was eased by Aimee and Sophie who came with us to make sure we found it.A gem of a hotel in an old palace,it's wonderful.

The price is too high for what it is . The room was too small . Only one person(staff) present in the hotel and no elevator.
