Hanoi Tirant Hotel

The staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful. Especially Charlie and Andi (I think - sorry I wrote their names down and lost them!). Breakfast was great. The rooftop pool was lovely. The views from the restaurant and rooftop were exceptional. The location was absolutely the best!!

We ended our two weeks in Vietnam here and the team made the last part of the trip completely stress free. We arrived after a cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay and were happily surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite, which was a lovely way to come back to the city. The location in the Old Quarter is ideal for exploring Hanoi on foot, with streets full of food, cafés and shops right outside, and the hotel is a calm place to come back to after the chaos of the city. What really stood out was the care on our departure day. Our flight was late in the evening, so after checking out we spent the whole day exploring Hanoi. When we came back, the staff offered us a shower before leaving, which made a huge difference before a long flight home. The airport transfer they organised for us was punctual and smooth from start to finish. It is these small gestures that make a stay memorable. We would happily come back.
