Facilities, Staff, room quality, cleaness everything was good
They put only rose pettle and one small cake for 2500/- rs and told me its a birthday package. I was expecting something better.

Staff were polite and hospitable. The facility in the hotel is good. Swimming pool is clean. Ambience is really good and certainly a plus point for this hotel.

A la carte food needs a lot of improvement. Certainly not on par for a 4 Star hotel. Vegan would have some issue with the menu due to limited options. Food sometimes is under cooked which is not an acceptable standard. Bread quality is bad, i think baked products need real improvement

Good breakfast buffet with lot of variety, south indian fare was excellent. Had dinner buffet also one night which was pretty good too. Rooms were large with clean comfy beds, good lighting, wonderful view. Great location, 2mins drive from railway station, near the Palace and major sights and safe for solo woman traveller.
A bit understaffed at buffet. The travel desk person was a bit clueless but the reception staff were very helpful.

Good location and nice on site restaurant.
Check in was a mess. I checked in with my friend, who was given her key after we had already waited quite some time. They made me wait for 15 minutes after that before giving me my room key. Only after I spoke with my friend later did I understand that they gave me the room she asked to change out of because it smelt like cigarette smoke. Just not a great way to start. And it did smell like cigarette smoke.
