Hotel Sorella Luna

I missed it by saying I think this is a great hotel. I have stayed here before. It is extremely close to the Saint Francis Basilica. The room sizes are very nice and comfortable and their breakfast is fantastic.

I checked in late and when I got into the room, I discovered the air-conditioning wasn’t working. The receptionist came up to the room and said it must be broken and she would send somebody in the next day to look at and get it fixed. However, it was never fixed then I don’t even know if it was ever looked at to be honest with you because I was out in the town all day and didn’t return back to the room for many hours until late in the evening, but when I did return, I discovered that the air conditioner still was not working. This is the reason for my low scores on their facilities and Mom stay comfortable. If the air conditioner was working, both of those two categories would’ve scored much higher. Because honestly everything else about the stay was great.

The hotel is located close to San Francesco Basilica. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and lots of variety. The interior decoration made me feel at home. Every details were well thought of. Staff members speak excellent English. Amenity is great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing

Lovely place to stay. Night time in Assisi is so beautiful! Everyone was so friendly!

The location was convenient if you are arriving by bus from the station. The hotel itself I would say satisfies basic needs but nothing beyond that.

Not attractive and nothing I could think of that I can say that I liked about the hotel.
