Hostel Gaia Porto

The property is next to the city so the location is perfect, also the mother of the owner and the clean lady are really nice

Didn’t liked that the the transaction of the amount of the reservation was withdrawal of my account knowing that the option “paying at the hostel” was available, I had to freeze my card and whenever I tried to explain the situation I was met with 0 understanding and empathy about it, only after a long talk an apology was made. Also there were no vegan products for the breakfast so when I asked if I could take only a glass of orange juice for the price of coffee or higher it was denied

As for a hostel, the room was actually quite good, better than most of 3* hotels. It was clean and comfortable.

The stairs.

Super clean and very nice location

Nothing in particular

I wasnt warned i should book it the day before

Bathroom was not clean for days
