Dar Khmissa Riad & Spa

We had such a lovely stay at Dar Khmissa. The room was really cozy and clean, and the location was perfect — very close to the souks and Jemaa el-Fna, with easy access to many of the main attractions. The breakfast was good, but what really made our stay special was the hospitality. When we first arrived, Hamza welcomed us with tea and pastries and took the time to sit with us, give us a map, and explain where we should go and what we should see in Marrakech. He also gave us some very useful advice about things to look out for and how to haggle in the souks, which came in very handy during our stay. Throughout our visit, the whole team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel completely at home. The room was cleaned very well, and everyone was always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We genuinely felt more like friends being looked after than guests staying at a riad. A special thank you to Hamza for making our arrival and our stay so easy and enjoyable. His local advice and kindness really added to the experience. We had a great time at Dar Khmissa and would definitely stay here again when we return to Marrakech.

Correspondance before and during our stay was excellent. Staff incredibly conscientious, kind, polite and very accommodating. Newly renovated space, beautiful. Shower hot and great with attached nozzle. All was changed daily by sweet staff. Hamza was a hard working gentleman fully able to attend every need most genuinely and happily. The location was perfect, close to everything.

The bed was firm, non the less a great sleep, very quiet.

Location was easily accessible from the main road, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We arrived very late at night and the staff who checked us in ensured that we had everything and even offered an welcome drink and snack.

Room's aircon did not work properly and the room faced the hallway/courtyard.
