My recent stay at The Millen Penang was truly exceptional. The hotel combines luxury with timeless elegance, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service. Every member of the team demonstrated a genuine "nothing is impossible" attitude, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. No request seemed too difficult, and everything was handled with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. From the elegant surroundings to the outstanding hospitality, The Millen Penang delivered an unforgettable experience. Everything was super clean and new, breakfast was delicious with a great selection, the room and facilities were amazing.

The room was lovely and spacious and clean The pool was lovely too although small

Things were not followed through when I complained. It’s frustrating as I’d have given them an excellent score in every aspect otherwise.

All the pillows are smelley, smell of strong body odour, asked to change the pillows and the staff have done so willingly. The settee in the room has the same problem as well, strong body odour, I covered them with the towels from bathroom
