The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfy, and although I found the pillows a little too soft, my partner absolutely loved them! The lady who welcomed us was lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast was also delicious and definitely a highlight of our stay.
The property is situated on a main road, so there is some traffic noise, particularly at certain times. The shower head had quite a bit of mould on it, which wasn’t ideal, and the water pressure was quite poor.

We had a fantastic family stay at Halwell Lodge! The room was spotless, spacious, newly decorated, and had plenty of storage space. The hosts were superb—incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a absolute 10/10: freshly made and delicious every morning. The property also features a beautiful garden, which was great for the family to relax in. The location is perfect for exploring top sights nearby, including St Ives, St Michael's Mount, and Land's End. Highly recommended!

It was a little out of town however it worked for us. Preferred it to being in the hustle & bustle of St Ives. Was only a bus ride away. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and hot food make to order.
Only thing we had an small issue was the shower however it was manageable.
