Excellent location - right in the heart of Chiado. Easy access to everything we wanted to see, close to waterfront and also to public transport.
Check in and out was easy and easy luggage storage for after check out.
Clean and tidy, would happily stay again
The air conditioning often turned off - unsure if it was turned off during the room servicing or otherwise but it resulted in the room getting very warm while we were out and slow to cool down.
Shower does not drain well.
Very slow wifi.

Great location, very clean, team were very helpful
Aircon wasn't very good and shower was tricky to keep at temperature. Bed ok, a little firm for us but not uncomfortable
