love the fact that it's close pretty much to every location, everything is walkable if you want to walk to every spots you want to go to because there are lots of things to see on your way to your desired destination. commuting is also so easy! i suggest get the 3-day ticket on the SL APP so you can travel unlimited anywhere you want for 3 days!

Great place near city center, close to underground and other transport. Good value for money.

The staff was very kind, they helped me as much as they could and were very empathetic to our situation, they were really the best. Also the location was very good. The breakfast was very good.

The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept with, even worse than some of the Hostels I have slept in. I had to go out and buy two new pillows separately to be able to sleep. All of the pillows in the hotel were these synthetic very low budget pillows that the material inside was all balled up into hard balls. The bathrooms have zero privacy solid glass and no air circulation. That was a bit of a shock. There is no butter or cream cheese for people with gluten allergy at the allergy station, we who have celiacs disease can not share the same butter as everyone else just like we can not share the same toaster sadly.
