Rose Villa

Very comfortable bed! Lovely stylish room

TV could be updated, was a little slow.

A very clean, well kept guest house with modern rooms and very discreet, friendly owners who are there if you need them but not intrusive at all. We were not sure if we took the ferry to Mull if we would have enough time to go on to Tobermory but the host gave us advice and info about the ferry and bus and so we went and had a lovely day. Our double room had a comfy bed, modern and very clean shower, a kettle and lots of supplies for tea, coffee, milk etc and biscuits on arrival, all topped up if needed by leaving a basket outside the door with a note which means the owners do not enter your room at all during a stay which I think is a great idea. The property is an easy walk from the station, ferry port and town centre where there are many restaurants, bars etc.

Nothing

The room was spotless and pleasant. Loads of room and modern bathroom.

No lift to first floor which can be a problem for some

Very comfortable, clean room and our hosts very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend (and already have) this accommodation to others. Location very handy for centre of Oban. Not forgetting the little treats of Irn Bru and Tunnock Tea Cakes available for guests on the entrance unit.

Nothing we didn't like as the stay was very pleasant, clean and comfortable
