MGM Hôtels & Résidences - Résidence Le Cristal de Jade

Fantastic apartment, near to the centre of Chamonix. Very comfortable place to stay wirh a gym and a swimming pool. Will come again next year

Everything. The space we had in our apartment, the reception staff, the pool and spa area, the cleanliness....

Picky, but could have had a salt and pepper pot for cooking.. No instructions for controlling the heating, the nights are cooling

Amazing apartments, lovely staff, great location and great spa

The location was convenient

Our apartment was right on the main road, a four lane divided highway, and was noisy from the traffic if we kept the window or balcony door open. We requested to be moved but the unita were fully booked. The building has no a/c and the rooms were warm. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep and relax in the apartment. The apartment itself waa not as luxurious as in the photos. It was basic. The towels were worn. The shower was low and we couldn’t stand straight under it to wash our hair. We had to bend down. When we checked into the unit there was a bug and a ball of hair on the bathroom floor. The front deak staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
