Masons Freehouse

Comfortable

Bedroom over looking the road

The friendly staff.

All was fine.

Ample parking and the ability to come and go as we pleased. Some fine draught pale ales.

Didn't like not being able to eat when we arrived. Apparently we should have booked in to eat, although the kitchen was open and food was being served. We'd had a 2hr journey on the motorway after work and were hungry. £20 per head seams the average price to eat in Ingleton, I ate in an alternative Hotel in the town, but was sorry I didn't eat the £20 note, it would have had more flavour. I've included a photo of my dodgy pulled brisket boa bun with noodles, this was not sourced at the Masons. The only place we found to eat where we didn't feel cheated was Seasons Bakery, lovely full English breakfast at the right price and some wonderful cakes and breads.

Comfy but small room

Noise at night and outside traffic
