Gasometer Urban Suites

In a great neighborhood away from the touristy areas. Close to transportation to everything. Neighborhood reminded us of Brooklyn. Clean, new, spacious room with good bed and shower. Kitchenette for 15EUR extra, laundry. Great if you’re on a long trip around Italy or Europe. Staff were very helpful, especially Alessia.

Absolutnie wszystko bylo top top

The interior or the hotel was very modern although quite dark but the rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was amazing as was the hot shower in the very large bathroom. The small bistro bars nearby were lovely but the area was very rough with lots of graffiti. The meet and greet on our first night by the young lad at reception was very welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away.

The location was way too far out everything was about 20/25 min drive and we didn’t have a car so cost an average €25 each way or a 1hr 20min walk. We should have done more research. We never used the metro as we were told by a local they have lots of pick pockets which put us off (our choice) maybe this would have been a quicker and cheaper option??? The rest of the reception staff said very little to us both leaving or arriving which made us feel unwelcome for the rest of our stay. The roof top bar wasn’t open to hoteliers however it was open to a private function on one of the evenings we stayed, such a shame as it looked amazing and the view was unreal. You had to pay an extra €15 a day to use the self catering facilities which was ridiculous, hence to say we never paid. The two cups they provided were an inadequate size and so we ended up using a paper cup and putting it inside the cup provided as a holder.

The property is very nice and clean. Love the architectural design and decor.
