The room was big for 2 people, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel & room were clean.We liked that they offered croissants and coffee/tea in the morning.

I mainly think the communication was the only problem during our stay for a day.I requested I wanted an early check-in when I was booking but no one contacted me back.On the day we arrived, i didn’t get very clear instructions on how to check-in and finally at 6 pm, they contacted me through WhatsApp for late check-in since there wasn’t going to be anyone in the reception at that hour,then everything went fine except we didn’t have Wifi in our room because the Wifi ID wasn’t showing up.I texted the hotel through WhatsApp but i didn’t get any replies back. Honestly not having internet was a deal breaker for us.

staff was so helpful and friendly! especially receptionist woman was really nice. they tidy up our room and changed our towels almost every day. location was okay, 6-7 minutes far from the lodi tibb station. very close distance there’s a big supermarket you can find anything. nice nespresso coffee was served. small breakfast was enough for starting the day, they’re doing it as a favor breakfast not included in the price. it’s small but nice.

unfortunately under the hotel there’s a hall which is used as a event hall on the weekends. on Saturday we couldn’t sleep at all coz until 1:30-2:00 the party was going on. hotel management was helpful and understanding they refunded us that night stay. and the rest of the stay was silent. as long as there’s no party or event it’s a silent area. the other thing is what is shown on the pics is not the one which’s rented for short stay. the rooftop apartments which’s in the pics they are only for long term rentals. so it was disappointing when we got in our room coz it was a small standard hotel room. we had to unplug the refrigerator coz it was too noisy.
