Hotel Bahia

Location, day time reception staff and dining room staff were excellent. Food was really very nice.

Evening Reception staff grumpy. Outdoor Pool freezing cold, unable to gain access to the indoor one. ( maybe a seasonal thing )

Loved the location , friendly staff and amenities were great

No elevator - very difficult taking the pram up and down all the time.

Good location, close to transport, shops, beach, restaurants, nice pool But see comments below

All Single rooms are on ground floor at the side of property next to the Bar, not ideal for senior single ladies. They almost felt like converted staff quarters at some point. Heavy Metal entrance door to rooms for security and dark inside needing lights on during day or you can’t see anything. One didn’t feel as being part of the main building and, I don’t recall reading about the location of single rooms in the hotel description otherwise we would have booked a double room with single occupancy in the main hotel complex. We reported our concerns to hotel reception on arrival but were told there are no other rooms available. Hotel itself had a lovely lounge area.

Great value for money, breakfast was nice, rooms were cleaned daily, close to the beach, and the bus stop to go everywhere else

Bathroom pipes were noisy and could ruin your sleep, when someone in the next room uses the bathroom
