Good food, lovely staff, good central location
Trying to find the car park!

Great location! I wanted to be close to the Cathedral. The bar area (and all staff) was nice. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We stayed at the front of the property, the room was fab but it was quite noisy during the night. People in Peterborough can party!! 😃 Woken up on a few occasions- not the fault of the hotel though!! Just a comment to be aware of possible noise.

Breakfast, location, cleanliness
The room was completely different to the one shown in the website. The kettle and the iron had peeled cords (fire hazard), the heated towel rail was not working. No safe in the room ( even though it was part of the room description. TV with no Internet, the windows were leading to an indoor patio with the building heating system and a tall lady in reception was not taking me seriously when I was telling her my concerns about the room and a colleague took over taking note of the faults and trying to address them. And it was definitely smaller than advertised.

Not much
Parking unavailable cost me £17 at local multi storey. Breakfast was not included. Staff very dismissive.
Won't stay again.
