The location was perfect and the hotel met all of our needs, from the 4-bed layout to the comfortable beds to the clean bathroom and shower. Loved the MacLeod tartan drapery and that it was very close to two Harris Tweed shops. We only had a day on the island and appreciate the excellent accommodations.

The complimentary breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was delicious and included a cold bar as well as cooked dishes by choice. Also had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was wonderful. Staff was helpful and congenial.
The room was large enough for two people, had a sitting chair and nice coffee/tea in room.
we did have to take luggage up a flight of stairs to get to room but that's pretty standard for the area.

Welcoming staff with a friendly yet professional approach at all times, comfortable and very well maintained bedroom and public areas, superb breakfasts and excellent dinner.
My friend found her single bed a little short...
