Tokyo Plaza Hotel

I really appreciated your attention to our requests and the excellent communication through Booking.com. You were very responsive to the things we asked for and made it possible for us to enjoy coffee at the hotel in the morning and in the afternoon. We truly appreciated it. I would also like to mention the excellent location. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the train station, on a lively street full of restaurants and cafés, with supermarkets very close by. Shinjuku is also within easy walking distance. Overall, the location was excellent and very convenient.

One thing that could be improved is the stairs at the entrance, which made carrying our suitcases a little difficult. It also would have been helpful if someone at the hotel spoke English a little more fluently, especially for communication and assistance during our stay.

Tokyo Plaza Hotel is a great budget-friendly hotel in perhaps one of the best locations in all of Tokyo. Cheap and cheerful, it's great value for money. Opening up the entire city of Tokyo, it's a short two-minute stroll to the Shin-Ōkubo Station. Everything is practically on your doorstep, and just around the corner, there's a 24-hour Coin Laundry.

Loved the location. It is beside the 24hour Donki shop. A lot of foods and convenience store nearby and the train station is very near. I also liked that they clean our rooms everyday.
