Hotel Matsunoi

This was my fourth visit, as the hotel has always impressed me with its great location, beautiful design, and friendly staff. This time, I stayed in the recently opened annex. The new room far exceeded my expectations and is one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve experienced in Japan so far. It retains the hotel's signature style while offering all the amenities of a modern hotel room. You can also tell that efforts have been made to further enhance the guest experience. For instance, there is now an elevator and complimentary washing machines available for use. I will definitely be back!

Great location, very clean, staff very friendly!

Location was nice and staff super sweet

The staff were very friendly. The location is very convenient (close to shops and Metro station). The walk in shower was really nice too.

It was very loud. Because it's near a metro station the noise late at night and early morning is very loud. Also the cleaners are cleaning in the hallway early in the morning which kept waking me up. The room was quite small and there wasn't really a usable chair or anything where you could sit down for a bit. I found the bed quite uncomfortable as well. Also the mini fridge didn't work very well, it barely cooled what I put in there.
