Seta Hotel

The hotel was very well maintained, the amenities were nice, and hotel staff were so friendly! The included breakfast was delicious. Just an overall wonderful stay in a beautiful place!

It's in a fabulous location. Absolutely pristine and the staff were exceptional.

I have absolutely no complaints.

- The hotel is boutique with only 8 rooms in total so you feel like it's a private getaway in Bellagio - The soundproofing and quietness. We never heard any other visitors or outside noises besides the chiming bell of the church next door - The staff were helpful and friendly - The included breakfast was a choice of two dishes from their Seta Restaurant menu plus the assorted pastries already set on the table. Plenty of food to start the day - Convenient location at a good price

- Minor observation, it felt a bit cramped inside the room trying to store, unpack, and repack 20kg suitcases because of the table that had the coffee machine on it. It could probably be removed to open the space up. A new, smaller table could be installed elsewhere for coffee drinkers.

The location was great - right in the historical centre. The room had everything we need. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice and gave us advice about restaurants, wine bars and places to visit - which were all really good

The whole building and our room felt very cheap. The walls and doors are very thin and you could hear everything, including noises from the reception (we were on 1st floor). The room itself was just overall awkwardly built, with all doors opening the wrong way around, the shower opening awkwardly and leaking in the bathroom, the bathroom fan cannot be turned off manually (you have to wait for it to turn off by himself), the lighting was not enough. The balcony is useless as it was facing the church wall, so the room was dark as well. We enjoyed our time in Bellagio but the room had no personality, it was very gray and uncomfortable and cheap - basically just a place to sleep in and nothing more. I also find it odd that they requested a credit card at check in even tho we paid online (I assumed in case we break stuff in the room) and they literally wrote down the card details on a piece of paper, which I'm not sure where they put. There's also no grocery store nearby but that's more of a Bellagio problem.
