La Palma - Garden Saigon Hotel Phu My Hung

The staff, definitely great people

It all was good

The room was quite spacious as was the balcony which was lovely!

The rooms are a bit “tired” and dated.

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu. Pokój był bardzo czysty. Obsługa starała się, aby nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy.

Good location, close to many restaurants. Easy to access HCM.

Our booked room wasn't available therefore our family was split up into two rooms. One room was fine, the other room was poor. Seems that even within room types, the room you actually get can vary in quality and therefore your comfort is affected. Once we moved into our booked family room, things improved. Had we been in the correct room from the start, our stay would have felt much better. Also, no permanent receptionist at the hotel (a shared receptionist works between at least one other hotel). This means it's difficult to get information/updates when you want/need.
