Golden Tree Hotel & Apartment

Loved my stay at The Golden Tree Hotel! -the room was spotlessly clean - it had a functional kitchenette - fast Wi-fi - comfy bed/mattress as well as pillows - nice hot shower - location is a-mazing - s close to parks, shops, Crescent Lake - staff is helpful and cleaning staff left goodies like extra towels etc. outside my door when I put out the Do Not Disturb sign, bless them - will definitely stay here again and recommend to fellow travellers :)

It was all perfect :)

It was very convenient to where we wanted to stay. It was very clean & smelled fresh every day we were there. The lift was swift & efficient. The laundry service was very useful

Air conditioner was blowing straight onto the bed when we arrived. Hubby found the opening flap had not been fitted in the correct way & it was not turning properly, so fixed it. No more blowing directly onto the bed, so the room was much more comfortable, but not before I'd already spent the first night freezing and getting a headcold from it.

Front desk staff, especially Kay, was super friendly. We needed a computer mouse after our touchpad gave up and he readily supplied one, even put in a new battery!

The location was perfect for us as we have family living nearby. There’s also plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really
