Lovely hosts, clean room and they’re food was fantastic. The owner also helped us flag down the right bus on our way to Kandy which was very helpful.

This property offers exceptional value for money. The hosts are incredibly friendly and provided everything you could possibly expect within this price range. They are highly dedicated to their business, running it with genuine passion and care. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the best accommodations we stayed at during our entire trip. The price was excellent value for money, and the location was perfect—just across the road from the famous cave temple, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host. She was exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our trip easier. She helped us arrange tuk-tuks at fair prices and even organized our onward journey to Kandy. Since we planned to take a public bus the next morning, she contacted the driver in advance so that the bus would stop directly in front of the guesthouse for us. She also made sure seats were reserved, saving us the trouble of going to the bus station ourselves. We were truly grateful for her hospitality and support.

There was not much to complain about. The only minor issue was that the soundproofing could be better. There were children staying in the neighboring room during our visit, and some noise could be heard at night. However, it was still manageable and did not significantly affect our stay.

Very clean, close to the Cave Temples, good price. Big comfortable beds and working A/C unit and ceiling fan.

Stayed 3 nights and had the same breakfast every morning. The breakfast table is in the main lobby so there is no privacy eating. In addition, the hosting lady is passing through all the time talking and asking things. The hotel’s and host’s living areas are not separated so In the evenings we heard them talking and their kids playing all the time. It was very disturbing. Didn’t feel privacy at all.
