CHARMING HOUSE CALA CANUTELLS - 300m BEACH
Bardzo funkcjonalny dom położony w bardzo cichej dzielnicy mieszkalnej pod sosnami, 300 metrów od typowej zatoki Menorcan w Cala Canutells, ścieżka dla pieszych rozpoczyna się przed domem i prowadzi bezpośrednio tam. Na miejscu znajduje się sklep spożywczy, restauracja z barem z widokiem na plażę, która oferuje świeże ryby w zależności od sezonu. Na końcu ulicy znajduje się wypożyczalnia samochodów i skuterów. także w pobliżu. GR 223 (cami de cavalls lub ścieżka przybrzeżna) przechodzi w pobliżu. Dom ma bardzo przyjemnie zadaszony i naturalnie wentylowany ganek, w którym można zabrać wszystkie posiłki osłonięte przed słońcem.

We had a fabulous holiday. The villa was excellent, clean and homely, lots of different seating areas to follow the shade throughout the day, the pool was great and the location very handy for the beautiful sea and a little shop. Would have been extra nice if there was some cleaning products left so we didn't have to buy all new everything just for our 10days. And wifi would be a bonus too. But all in all we had a great time and we are definitely thinking about returning. Thankyou Estelle.

Villa was perfect for our stay . Everything you could need.The pool was quite cool but lovely once you got in. Villa is quite remote, which is great if your looking for peace and quiet.

We decided to stay at this property based on the description and reviews from previous guests. On arrival the location is very good, in a quiet residential street and the villa looks charming. The living/dining area is bright and comfortable and the kitchen small but adequate for a holiday stay. There are however some things which let the property down. The kettle is obviously very old and difficult to open the lid as the lever is missing and looks like it has been for some time. The bedrooms are small and cave-like, with no air conditioning, so very hot and although the master has a ceiling fan it can't be used as it catches on the mosquito net over the bed and sticks. Both bathrooms are good though. It is clear there are mosquitos in the area as there were many squashed on the walls and just left there!! The pool is a good size but unsuitable for non-swimmers as it gets deep very quickly and the bottom can be quite slippery. Although the property is advertised to the english market it should be noted that there are no english TV channels available, only french and german and there is no internet connection. Overall the property feels in need of refurbishment and updating so we were very disappointed and did not stay for the full week, preferring to pay to move to another villa half way though our stay.
