NL Trastevere

Very very nice host in the reception. Due to personal reasons we needed to Change the room and it was no problem, she was very helpful and understanding

Great location, great service

I booked last minute, room was big, clean, great location and staff was nice

Nothing

Lokalizacja perfekcyjna, bardzo miły personel, pokój schludny i czysty oraz wyposażony we wszystko co wskazane w ofercie. Polecam na krótki citybreak.

Great location.

Cleanliness standards were below expectations — dusty, floors were dirty, several hairs found in kitchen area, bathroom and beds. Bathroom had a very strong drain smell and mould, we had to keep the bathroom door shut to try and contain the smell to the bathroom. Unable to fully close and lock the bedroom window which let the street noise in. Kitchenette amenities had been used by previous guests and not replenished - all we had was an already open tea bag. Blankets on the beds didn’t seem fresh and only the sheets seemed to have been changed between guests. Such a shame as the location was great but the lack of proper cleaning of the property was very disappointing.
