Great location by the sea - was upgraded to a room in the EESO which was lovely

Comfortable, clean, nice design, quiet and relaxing. Service is excellent. Breakfast also top!
Maybe a parking lot for guests is the only thing missing.

clean and rather comfortable ; the staff is nice
for sure not a 5 stars hotel;while the breakfast proposed various pastries fresh fruits salt and sweet dishes .. the drinks were horrible; the juices were from the concentrate you have to pay for fresh orange juice or even for mineral water.. the other drinks for free were not good at all. Pity.. also the location is not nice.. the beach was small and crowded with people that were not from the hotel. So to me an average 4stars rather affordable

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. A courtesy room was offered to us to wash up after we had checked out before our late flight.
The bathroom was old, toilet looked outdated, visible damage in the shower area. Showerhead was abysmal - water pressure was so bad. Outdoor pool area facilities (hammock, lounger) were musty, smelly and not cleaned prior to arrival. We stayed for 2 nights and since we checked in, we wanted a spa session and there was no availability even though it looked empty most of the time.
