Quinta Mirabela - Design Hotel

Normally a quiet location in Funchal. Restaurant is fine. Pretty good fitness for a hotel.

There was a wedding with very loud music till 00.45h which they promised would be till 00.00h. That was annoying. At departure they didnt ask how our stay was.

The property is located in a hill with an amazing view. The rooms are very comfortable and we loved the service of the waiters (Tiago Souza and Tiago Basílio). It was a great pleasure to go everyday for dinner and have a so warming and nice people (we also highly recommend the half board package as the food it is just amazing - it was really worth for us). Also, the hotel itself is very nice, with good facilities, a nice gym and everything needed for a vacation in a so amazing place as Madeira.

The breakfast could change a bit more from time to time as most of the days it is very similar (but also good).

Great views and good facilities, clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast and evening meals.

Seemed slightly short staffed, no one at reception when we arrived but it was a minor issue and no real problem. A bit of a steep walk, 2km into the city centre. The shuttle bus was helpful but a few additional pick up drop off times would be better..

The staff in the restaurant were amazing! Easy parking and location .

The desk staff were not friendly, very judgy. Purchased a room with balcony, told too bad.
