Great location, friendly staff, comfortable sleep.
Some areas are a bit "tired" like the bathroom door with rust and lime scale on the shower and coffee machine (junior suite)

The location is great, with easy access to the Underground. The reception area is very nice, and the property has a lovely Italian restaurant and a pleasant backyard. The gym is also a nice addition.
Unfortunately, I found the overall value for money disappointing. For the price charged, I would have expected a much better level of service.
Daily housekeeping is not included, and cleaning comes at an additional cost. Towels are not replaced daily, and there is no telephone in the room to contact reception directly, which I found inconvenient.
