The surrounding area is run down and unkept.

The best breakfast I had during my stay in Israel, am absolute feast with a wonderful view over the Sea of Galilee. My room was unbelievably clean

Dirty coffee cups in our room from our coffee from the day before. Our full dustbin from the first night was not emptied on the second day. I had to ask for it to be emptied. Remote for the one tv did not work on the first day. I reported it and again on the second day, it still did not work. I reported it again and up until the last day, 4 nights there, it still did not work. On our second and third night my wife and I had booked our two grandchildren to sleep over in our room with us. We paid the extra fee for them. A double couch in our lounge was turned into a double bed for them. Only one pillow was supplied and no extra bath towls provided. Had to ask for them to be delivered up to our room.
