Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Anniversary Celebration We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, beautiful rooms, tasty food, excellent pool, and direct beach access. We recently stayed here to celebrate our parents' milestone anniversary, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, Yonatan provided a smooth, warm and wonderful welcome. In the dining room, Leon the restaurant manager ensured everything was flawlessly organized. The Chef’s culinary creations were delicious, highlighted to me by a perfectly moist salmon. Our dining experience was made even better by the lovely and attentive service from Inbal & Nuseiba. Even during departure, Motaz & Hamad took great care of us, making our check-out experience seamless and sweet. Thank you to the entire staff for making our family celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning!

One night there was noise from a private party on a beach next door which stopped at 11pm. This didn't spoil our stay, though maybe next time I will check in advance to make sure that if there are parties, then I will rest in the afternoon and stay up to enjoy the music.

The room was really spacious with amazing views over the Sea of Galilee. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious with a huge variety of food. The hotel was spotless & the service from Motaz at reception was exceptional. He made us feel very welcome, was really friendly & was happy to assist in anyway he could. We highly recommend this boutique hotel & would love to stay there again in the future.

The private beach was small but the hotel is not very crowded. The beach has nice calm water for the baby to play in. The concierge was very helpful and truly the best of the staff. He helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband.

Getting a response from this hotel was close to impossible. It made planning our stay very difficult. The food is not very good and limited. You cannot eat by the pool even when it’s a million degrees out. Checkin was a nightmare. Even when our room was ready no one could help us with our bags so we ended up taking the cart and doing it ourselves (same with checkout). The area leaves a lot to be desired. We would pass of Sea of Galilee on our next trip or go to a more remote and natural area.
