Cosmos Hotel Taipei

Great location close to Taipei Main Station. The staff are all very welcoming. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were a delightful surprise.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like😀 The decor is a little bit dated, but everything is in good condition, tidy and clean, and the style is pleasing.

Light switches are a bit confusing

The location is great. Just beside the M3 train exit and the hop-on hop off bus was just on the next street. Heated water was great and continuous. Welcome drinks were highly appreciated!

It was a bit on the older side of things. The room size is just decent. The air conditioning was erratic at night.

Location and the overall layout of the room. Breakfast was fine, and the staff members were friendly. Afternoon tea was offered to me when I checked in.

There was no curtain installed at the bathtub, so water was spilt outside the tub near the bathroom door. I didn't notice that the floor was wet, and I almost fell when I stepped out of the bathroom after showering. I suggest replacing the "half glass curtains" with canvas curtains in the rooms to prevent water from spilling and to ensure safety. Also, there was a moldy smell whenever I switched on the A/C, which triggered my nasal allergies. The hotel may need to clean its A/C systems.
