We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt a real cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very nice in the country style which we liked a lot, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and a very homely feeling. The owners were extremely pleasant, kind, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with a tram station nearby that takes you easily into the city. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

If you want to get into a fairy tale where you are welcomed as dear guests, then you are welcome here at Pension Haus Sanz. The hotel is located in a quiet and green area of Vienna. The center can be reached by tram in 30 minutes (the stop is 5 minutes on foot). This is a family-run hotel run by Mrs. Susanne Limmer-Sanz, who is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Each room of the hotel is a separate work of art! The rooms are themed and decorated with great love and attention to detail, just like the entire hotel, where you can find funny installations or individual cute figures at every turn. We lived in a deluxe apartment, which was very spacious and consisted of two rooms and a spacious bathroom. A very comfortable large bed, soft and fluffy blankets, snow-white linen and perfect cleanliness. The room has a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all kitchen accessories. There is heating. In a separate house there is an original decorated breakfast room, where in the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast of fresh produce and contemplation of the objects around you. If you love animals, then a bonus for you is the wonderful dog Emmy, who is also part of this wonderful family. There is parking at the hotel (5.30 E), but you need to get a parking permit at the reception. We spent 8 wonderful days at this hotel, for which we are very grateful to the Susanne Limmer-Sanz family, their kindness, willingness to help with any questions, cleanliness and high-level service. We loved it. It was something special. Friendly staff, good location and good connection for public transportation, good breakfast, exellent bed.

Bardzo czysto zarówno w pokojach, jak i w łazienkach. Śniadanie smaczne, wybór w sam raz. Można na słodko, można na słono, jest coś na ciepło. W pokojach brakuje tylko klimatyzacji. My trafiliśmy na ekstremalne temperatury (40 stopni C) i było zbyt gorąco nawet gdy rano zamknęliśmy okna i zasłoniliśmy, co się dało. Sytuację w ciągu dnia ratował basen. W chłodniejsze dni nie można by się przyczepić niczego. Wystrój jest na pewno oryginalny. Każdy pokój jest inny. Całkowicie inny. Niektóre dość zaskakujące. Kwestia gustu. Parking dostępny przy drodze - gospodarz wydaje karty parkingowe.
