The quality of service and friendliness of staff. I forgot my beloved jacket in the hotel. I asked the hotel for help, and they confirmed they found it and moreover, they agreed to keep it, so I could collect it in the next few weeks. It is really great.
I liked also the location and very good breakfast.

Good location for the historic centre of town. Easy to get to the two train stations for travel to the lakes. Mattresses were comfortable.
Very tired old hotel. Old fashioned, lacking in modern facilities for 21st century 4 star hotel. Things were very basic, small shower, noisy corridors, old furniture, tiny slow lift.
