Very well furnished, lovely pool area, room small but v modern. Bar, restaurant and foyer area were outstanding as was the service . Food outstanding.

The view was awful, a wall and the back of the hotel rooms, we had a balcony which was comfortable if uninspiring.? The resort lacked character but hotel in good position for buses to Palma.

The situation,the pool, proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and music bars.The nice view over the pool from my room,the snack bar,the great music in the Irish pubs,and the cleanliness.The little fridge was so useful and in good working order.The bottle of Prosecco in my room on arrival.A very pleasant surprise 🙂

The gym.I asked three times for towels to be put in the gym ,also to refill the paper roll so that I could disinfect the equipment before and after use. I was told by two people working at reception on separate occasions that the manager would be informed. However,the second and third time I checked, my request had clearly been ignored.

Fantastic food, exceptionally clean

WiFi not usable.. also I wasn't informed until last day about premium all inclusive, would have been happy to pay every day €15 for branded drinks and handmade cocktails. I understand there are different menus but when I requested a premium drink I was told not available on all-inclusive.

Good location, only a short walk from Santa Ponsa beach. The hotel itself is genuinely attractive and modern, which makes some of the choices below harder to explain.

The room was on the first floor, directly above what appears to be a kitchen or staff entrance. Every night we were treated to either reggaeton between roughly 00:30 and 01:00, or a loud staff conversation. Neither was included in the room description. Breakfast was basic. The bacon was cold even immediately after a fresh refill, which suggests the issue is the setup rather than the timing. Pool towels require a 10 euro deposit per towel, cash only. When we asked how to pay, we were directed to the ATM inside the hotel, which charges 3,45 euro per withdrawal. Charging the deposit to the room number would solve this in one step, so the current system mainly benefits the machine.
