Rincón Escondido B&B

The rooms are clean, comfortable and set around a beautiful garden. The hotel is perfectly located, on the right side of town for the Brazilian border and the Iguazu Falls national park, but a safe 10 - 15 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants in the centre of town. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. Pablo is an excellent host, and full of useful information to help you plan your visit on both sides of the falls.

Staying at this hotel almost feels like you are a character in a novel. This small, picturesque hotel right off the river looks and feels like something out of the colonial past. The owner immediately welcomes you, tells you what you need to know about the town, and serves you breakfast. It's a little off the beaten path, so expect to walk a little more to get to anything. But it's an incredibly walkable city so this should not be a problem. I would very happily stay here again. On a side note, there was a storm and a brief power outage. The place has a backup generator, so you would have never known it.

This is a little stupid, but the code to enter the rooms is the last four digits of your phone number. This is great for never having to think about it, but then makes you not want to share your number with any other guests..

The property feels like a little piece of paradise.

I enjoyed the facilities, the uniqueness and the feel it gave.
