It was beautiful and the fact that it was built for Princess Beatrice and she stayed there made me feel like a part of history. All of the staff went above and beyond, especially Debbie ( when l lost my phone!)

Great location with a clean, heated indoor pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were beach toys available to borrow at no extra charge, which was a nice touch. We also had a lovely view of the beach from our hotel room.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was quite hard, and the pillows were too flat. Wi-Fi was only available in the hotel lobby, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was served within a very limited time slot, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, which wasn’t ideal if you wanted to start your day early. The lift was also very small and could only accommodate two people; even a small buggy wouldn’t fit.
